I have an iPhone and I’m having trouble deleting emails because they keep coming back up. I’ve tried deleting them manually, but it doesn’t work. What could be the problem?

To delete emails that won’t delete, you can use a few different methods. You can send the email to your trash folder, then empty the trash folder. You can also use the “delete” button in Gmail, which will move the email to your trash folder and then empty it.

There are a few possible causes for this. One is that your email account may be syncing to your device and creating duplicates. Another is that emails might be stuck in the outbox, so they’re not actually deleted from the server.

The simplest explanation is that deleting an email does not actually remove the email from the iPhone. Instead, it only deletes the email from the inbox. The email will still be on your iPhone, but you will need to go into another folder to find it.

Emails can come back for a number of reasons. One possibility is that the email was not deleted, but instead it was moved to an archive folder or deleted from the inbox. Another possibility is that the email was accidentally sent to your spam folder and then deleted there. Finally, if you are using Gmail, then your emails may be automatically archived after 30 days.

The first step is to go into the Mail app and delete the email. This will remove it from your inbox, but not delete it. If you want to permanently delete it, you’ll need to go into the Trash folder and then select “Empty Trash.

If you have a lot of emails that you want to delete, then you can select all the ones that you want to delete and then tap the “Delete” button at the bottom of your screen.
