Netspend is a company that provides financial services to people in the New York City area. If you lose your Netspend card, you will need to contact Netspend to request a new card. If you have an account with Netspend, please be sure to keep your account active and make sure to update your information so that you can receive future benefits.

What is NetSpend and is it a scam?

It’ll take 7 to 10 business days for you to receive your Netspend replacement debit card. If your Netspend card hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, contact the Netspend Customer Service team.

At Netspend select ATM machines, such as Metabank and MoneyPass, you can withdraw cash for free.

Call us as soon as possible if your card is lost or stolen so that we may verify that no one else can use it. You may also report your card missing or stolen by signing in to your Online Account Center and going under the Help menu.

If your card has expired or no longer works, you will be sent a new debit card with the same number. However, if your old card was lost, stolen, or there is a concern of identity theft, you will receive a new number instead. In other words, as before, only a new number will be assigned if keeping the old one.

The name and FlashPay ID of the other person are required in order to transfer money from one NetSpend card to another. Simply go to your Online Account Center, enter their name, FlashPay ID, and the amount you wish to send, then click Send Money.
