If you’re unhappy with the service or the way Match.com is handling your account, there are a few simple steps you can take to unsubscribe. First, log in to your account and click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page. Then, under “Your Account Settings,” click on “Manage Subscriptions.” On this page, you’ll see a list of all of your current subscriptions. To unsubscribe from a subscription, simply click on the red “Unsubscribe” button next to it. Once you’ve unsubscribed from a subscription, it will no longer appear in your “Manage Subscriptions” page and you will no longer receive any notifications from Match.com about that subscription. ..
To cancel your paid subscription, go to “My account settings” by clicking on your profile photo in the upper right corner of any Match page. Manage My Subscription should be selected. Confirm your login details and click “Continue cancellation.”
Go to your profile picture in the top right corner of any Match page and select ‘My account settings.’ On the left side, click “Help” and then “Suspend my account.” Then, scroll down and click “To delete your account, go here.”
On your device, open the Google Play Store. Select Account from the menu and Subscriptions. Match.com should be among the options listed.
You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time before midnight of the third business day following the date you subscribe.
