If you are a Fortigate user, it is important to understand how to uninstall the software. Fortigate is a software program that can be used to protect your computer from unauthorized access. From the FortiClient interface, choose the PC to be unregistered or disabled under Monitor. Select ‘Block’ or ‘Unregister’ from the drop-down menu.
Go to the support site then select View Products. In the Serial Number section, enter the old unit’s serial number. Fill in the RMA Replacement box with the new unit’s serial number.
From the list of registered devices, select and hold the device you want to delete. Select Deregister. Select Deregister from the drop-down menu.
