If you’re an Instagram user, it’s important to be aware of the ways that the platform can be used to track and monitor your activity. One way that Instagram can track your activity is by linking your account to your Facebook account. If you have an account on Facebook, Instagram can access all of the data that you’ve shared on Facebook, including photos and videos. This means that Instagram can track what you’ve posted, when you’ve posted it, and how often you’ve posted it. If you don’t want Instagram to access this data, you can disable it by going to Settings -> Accounts -> Your Account -> Linked Accounts and selecting “No.” However, if you disable this feature, Instagram may still track your activity if you use another social media site as a login for your account.
