Nintendo account holders can easily unlink their accounts from their devices by following these simple steps:

  1. Open the Nintendo account settings on your device. This can be done by going to the “Settings” menu on your device and selecting “Nintendo Account.”
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and select “Unlink my Nintendo account.” This will take you to a page where you will need to enter your Nintendo account name and password.
  3. After entering your information, click on the “Unlink my Nintendo account” button. Your accounts will be unlinked and you will no longer be able to access them from your devices.

In order to add funds to the eShop of your home Country, simply select “Country” from the top right-hand side and choose “Top up Balance.” Please be aware that adding eShop funds in a different region than where the Nintendo Account was originally registered will result in those funds becoming unredeemable. Funds added must be used within one year: Any unused balance will expire one year after being added.
