To turn off notifications, go to Settings. Select Apps, then RingCentral. To disable notifications, uncheck the box next to Show Notifications. Leave the box checked to receive updates for the RingCentral mobile app. After you’ve read the notice, tap OK.
Tap and hold the RingCentral Meetings app. Uninstall it by tapping Uninstall. To accept, tap Ok.
Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom left corner of the RingCentral app screen, then click Phone from the left pane. Click here to go to your phone settings.
Select Applications from the menu bar at the top of your screen. Look for RingCentral Classic and delete it by right-clicking the app and selecting Move to Trash. If prompted, follow the uninstallation instructions. Delete any trash files you’ve created.
