If you’re like most people, you probably use email to stay in touch with friends and family. But if you’re like me, you may also be using email to keep track of important work or personal matters. If you’re like me, the thought of having to turn off email every time I want to use my iPad is a bit daunting. But there’s a way to do this without having to go through all the hassle and hassle again. Here’s how:

  1. Open up your iPad’s Settings app and select “Mail.” This will open up your main email account on your iPad.
  2. Scroll down until you find “Email.” This will take you to a list of all of your emails that are currently stored on your iPad.
  3. Click on the “Unsubscribe from this account” button at the bottom of the Email list. This will unsubscribe from all of your emails that are in this list.
  4. Click on the “Save changes” button at the top of the Email list and then click on “Close.”

If you’re using a Mac, some of the juicer apps will open up an email from your campaign’s payment account. That’s what happened to me when I was trying to buy a certain amount of bitcoins on Coinbase. If you have several accounts on one device but don’t want to use them all at the same time, simply enable or disable

To turn off Mail, go to Settings Accounts & Passwords and change the account for which you wish to disable mail. Set Mail to disabled.

Open the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad’s Home screen. Select the mailbox where you’d like to relocate the message you want to delete. Edit the contents of the message(s). Choose Move. Select a new destination mailbox for the messages (if applicable).

To remove an email account, go to the Settings menu for it and choose “Delete Account.” On the confirmation dialog box that appears when you select “Delete Account,” tap “Delete Account” again.

Because Mail is essential for certain features, you won’t be able to turn it off. Delete the mail program from the list of applications that automatically launch when you log in to your user account in System Preferences Accounts Login Items.
