If you’re like most people, you probably check your Instagram account multiple times a day. And if you’re like most people, you probably also delete searches for things you don’t want to see. But what if Instagram still keeps track of those deleted searches? That’s what happened to one woman who was curious about a search she had deleted months earlier. She found out that Instagram had archived the search and displayed it in her “recently deleted” section. This isn’t an isolated incident. In fact, it’s something that’s been happening for years on Instagram. The company has always been able to keep track of deleted searches, even if users delete them from their account settings. So what do you do if this happens to you? The best option is to contact Instagram support and ask them to remove the archived search from your account. However, if that doesn’t work or you don’t want to deal with the hassle, there are other ways to get around this problem. ..

You can quickly and easily access your Instagram deleted search history. Simply tap on the magnifying icon, also known as the “Search bar” and type in what you are searching for.

Turn on the option to show deleted files and select which items should be included in the browsing history.

To clear your search history, type in the URL to jump into your account and click Settings, then Privacy. Click View all under Search History, then clear the data by clicking Clear search history and yes that you’re sure.
