If you’re a user of Instagram, then you know that there’s a lot of deleted posts. But how do you see them? First, open Instagram and sign in. Then, go to the “Deleted Posts” tab and look for any posts that have been deleted by Instagram. If there are any post that have been deleted by Instagram but still exist on your account, then you can view them by clicking on the “View Deleted Post” link next to the post’s name. If you’re not sure how to delete a post on Instagram, then we recommend asking yourInstagram account administrator or using the “Delete Post” button in the bottom right corner of every post on your account.


Your account and all of your data will be permanently deleted after 30 days if you don’t respond to our request. The material is still subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use and Data Policy during those 30 days, and it is not available to anybody else using Instagram.

Open the Profile menu by tapping on the profile symbol in the lower right corner of your screen. Select Settings from the menu icon in the upper right corner. On Settings, choose Security and then Access Data. Tap on View All under Search History on the Security menu.

Select Settings from the hamburger menu in the upper right corner of your screen. Look for ‘Recently deleted’ at the bottom of the Account menu and select it. You can view all of your recently deleted posts and stories, including IGTV and Reels, by selecting them and tapping the three dots symbol on top of each one.

Delete Your Instagram Account. To remove your account, follow these steps: Go to your profile and tap Edit at the top right corner of the screen. Scroll down to the “Account Details” section then choose to Delete My Account or deactivate it. Go to Settings Instagram. Tap on Delete My Account or deactivate it under Manage?

To recover your recent postings, go to your profile and select the hamburger button in the upper right corner. Then, choose settings and scroll down to ‘account.’ You’ll see a ‘recently deleted’ folder in which you can access your previously erased media. To view it, tap on it.
