Is it feasible to restore permanently deleted Gmail messages from a Gmail account? No. When you erase emails from your Gmail account, they go to your Trash Bin and remain there for 30 days. so, if you removed them permanently or Google erased them automatically after 30 days, you will be unable to recover them.

Open the Outlook program. Select “Deleted Items” from the inbox you wish to restore. Select “Recover items recently removed from this folder” and then choose the email(s) you want to recovery. To select all emails and subsequently restore them, click “OK” or “Select all.
