If you’re like most people, you probably have a Pandora account. Maybe you’ve been using it for years, or maybe you just signed up a few months ago. Either way, it’s time to reset your account. Here’s how to do it:
- Log in to your Pandora account.
- Click on the “Your Account” link in the top left corner of the screen.
- Under “Your Account Settings,” click on “Reset Your Account.”
- Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, and click on “Reset My Account.”
- You’ll be asked to confirm your decision to reset your account. Click on “Yes, Reset My Account.” ..
Click on Log Out in the top right corner of your Pandora app, then select Profile from the drop-down menu. Choose Account from the Settings gear in the top right corner and then Save to save your new information.
Pandora cautions that if you cancel your account, you’ll lose all of the stations you’ve built. You may establish a new account at any moment, but you will not be able to retrieve any of your previous data.
The Pandora app may be uninstalled from your devices, but this does not automatically end your membership.
