If you are an eCitizen of Kenya, there are a few things you can do to reset your account. First, go to the eCitizen Portal and click on the Reset Account link. Second, go to the My Account page and enter your email address and password. Third, click on the Reset button. Fourth, follow the prompts to enter your new information. Fifth, click on the Save button to finish resetting your account.
