If you’re a Crunchyroll user, it’s likely that you have a Crunchyroll credit card. If not, there are a few things that you can do to remove your Crunchyroll credit card from your account.

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “My Account” tab.
  2. Scroll down and click on the “Credit Cards” tab.
  3. Click on the “Remove Credit Card” button.
  4. Enter your name and email address into the fields below and click on the “Remove Credit Card” button.
  5. Your credit card will be removed from your account and you will no longer be able to use it to purchase products or services from Crunchyroll!

If you have an active Premium plan that is running a free trial period, we do not disable auto-renewal during the free trial period; to remove your credit card information at that time, please contact our Support team with details about which card is being used for payment so they can disable it manually.

If you need to remove a credit card that is used for store purchases, click here and select the last option. If you need to cancel your account, go to the /acct page and click on the “Cancel Membership Renewal” button.

There is a pending transaction on your account and it may need additional attention.

Crunchyroll does not expose credit card data to the account owners in any usable way.
