To remove a previous owner’s Apple ID from a used iPhone/iPad or iPod touch, you’ll need to have the device’s passcode. If you don’t know the passcode, you can reset it by following these steps:1) Connect your iPhone/iPad or iPod touch to iTunes on your computer.2) Select “Restore from Backup” from the Summary tab.
