If you’re like most people, you probably have a MyFitnessPal account. It’s a great way to keep track of your fitness progress and track your food and exercise habits. But if you want to delete your history, there are a few steps you need to take. First, open MyFitnessPal and sign in. Then, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen that say “History.” On the right side of the screen, you’ll see a list of all of your past workouts and food items. To delete any of these items, just click on them and then select “Delete.” If you’ve ever had trouble deleting your history or if it’s been lost somewhere in between uses, we suggest calling MyFitnessPal customer service. They can help you get your history back and help make sure that everything is still accurate.


You can delete previous entries on MyFitnessPal by logging in to your account and clicking the ‘History’ tab. From there, you should be able to click on any day and see your food items for that day. Clicking on the item will then allow you to delete it.

To delete a step, tap on the step and then tap “Delete Step.

To delete weight on the Lose It app, simply tap on the three lines in the top left corner and then tap on “Delete Weight”.

To delete a step from your Fitbit, you can either click on the app and scroll through the steps to find the one you want to delete. You can also go into your account settings and click on “delete all.

The amount of calories burned by walking depends on the person’s weight and the speed at which they walk.
