If you have MoneyGram account, it’s important to know how to delete your account. To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your MoneyGram account.
- Click on the “Accounts” tab.
- Scroll down and click on the “Deactivate Account” button.
- Type in the code shown below and click on the “Deactivate Account” button again.
- Your MoneyGram account will be deleted and all of your money will be gone!
If you need to update your contact information, change your address, or change your email preferences, please visit a MoneyGram agent or call 800 90665 for assistance.
MoneyGram money orders are non-expiring. If a money order is unclaimed after a year, the value of the money order may be reduced by a monthly servicing charge. The size of the monthly service fee can differ, and it can be found in the “service charge” section on the back of your money order.
If you have any questions regarding a transaction that has not yet been received, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-800-926-9400 to cancel the transaction immediately.
Visit MoneyGram’s website and click or tap the Sign-Up button to open a MoneyGram account. Fill in your email address, a unique password you’ll remember, and your phone number. Decide whether or not you want to receive MoneyGram offers via text messages or emails. Click or tap the Next button after making your selection.
