If you’re like most DJs, you probably use a mixer to control your music. But if you ever decide you don’t want to use that mixer anymore, deleting your account is the easiest way to go about it. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Mixcloud account and click on the “My Account” button in the top right corner.
- Under “Settings,” click on the “Account” tab.
- On the “Account Settings” page, scroll down until you see “Mixer.” Click on it and then click on the “Delete My Account” button below it.
- If you have any mixes or tracks that are still associated with your account, they will be deleted along with your account. Be sure to save any mixes or tracks that you want to keep before deleting your account! ..
On July 22nd, Microsoft is shutting down its Mixer service, prompting numerous partners and streamers to migrate to Facebook Gaming. With this surprise announcement, Mixer partners and streamers will be transitioned to Facebook Gaming immediately, and Microsoft will no longer operate Mixer as a service in a month’s time.
After that, Mixer will be fully acquired by Facebook Gaming, becoming one of the most popular Twitch competitors in terms of view hours.
Microsoft announced on June 22, 2020, that Mixer would be discontinued on July 22, 2020, owing to a poor market share and inability to grow in comparison with similar services.
