If you’re like most people, you probably use your phone to access your email and other online accounts. But there are a few things you can do to delete your account on your phone if you want to:
- Open the Mail app and sign in.
- Tap the three lines in the top left corner of the screen and select “Delete account.”
- Type in your email address and password, and hit “delete.”

Open your Gmail account on Google.com. nClick the grid symbol in the upper right corner and choose “Account.” under the “Account preferences” heading, pick “Delete your account or services.” Pick “Delete products.” You’ll be asked to confirm your password.
Delete messages from your Google account by going to Gmail on the web. To delete individual emails, go to Gmail for Android. Go to Settings > Accounts & privacy. Tap deleting an account, then choose “Delete my account” and follow the on-screen instructions. Select Delete Account from the drop-down menu that appears after you select Delete My Account
The “Delete account” option in the application settings allows you to permanently remove your my.com mailbox, including all content and address book data. A confirmation code will be sent via SMS to the phone number provided when you signed up.
On Android, you may also delete your email account using a web browser like Chrome, but deleting it on the PC is more convenient.
