Instacart is a great way to get your groceries delivered to your door. But if you’re not happy with your order, you can easily delete your account and start over. To delete your Instacart account:

  1. Log into your Instacart account.
  2. Click on the “Delete Account” link under the “My Orders” tab.
  3. Enter the information required to delete your account, and click on the “Delete Account” button.

To cancel your membership, go to the Instacart website and log in to your account. Select the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner. Choose Your Express Membership from the drop-down menu. As a personal Shopper, you are an independent contractor. It is impossible to delete your account. If you want to quit purchasing, Instacart allows you to convert your account to dormant so that you may resume later. This will allow you to rejoin the service when you are ready.

Log in to the User Manager. Select Security Tools from the Start menu. Select User Manager from the drop-down menu. Select an account to delete. Click on the account you wish to remove. Delete the account by clicking on it and then selecting Delete from the drop-down menu that appears below it.
