If you’ve ever used HomeAway to stay in a hotel or motel, you know how easy it is to delete your account. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your account on the website.
  2. Click on the “Delete my account” link under the “Accounts” tab.
  3. Enter your desired information and click on the “Delete” button.
  4. Your account will be deleted and all of your data will be lost!

Please contact us with your request to cancel your account. An account may not be reactivated once it has been disabled.

Click Login in the upper right corner of your screen to log out of your traveler account. Then, choose Traveler Login and enter login information. Then, click on your account name in the upper left corner. Then, select Account from the drop-down menu, and change Profile Visibility to off in the drop-down menu under it.

Locate the listing. Click the Ask Host a question link located on the right side of the listing details page. If you aren’t logged in, you will be prompted to log in or create a new account. Fill out the form to send a message to the host and press Send.

Open your account and log in. On the My Properties page, find the property you want to remove. Select Archive from the Manage drop-down menu. In the pop-up window, select Yes or OK if confirmed.

Select your account by logging in. If you have more than one property, choose the one you’d like to alter. Click the Property icon in the left navigation menu to go to that page. to change a property’s name, click Edit Property after selecting it from the drop-down menu. b Click Contacts once you’ve finished.
