On your Android, go to Settings > Google. Now click on Manage your Google Account. Select Data & Personalization from the top menu. Under “Download, delete, or make a plan for your data,” tap Delete a service or Cancel Your Account.

Tap Accounts. If you don’t see “Accounts,” tap Users & accounts. Select the account you wish to delete. Remove the account. If this is the only Google Account on your phone, for security reasons, you’ll need to enter your phone’s pattern, PIN, or password.
