If you’re a freelancer and use the app freelance.com, then you’re likely familiar with the deletion process. If not, here’s how to delete your freelancer account on the app:

  1. Log in to your account on freelance.com.
  2. Click on the “My Account” tab at the top of the page.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and click on “Delete my account.”
  4. Enter your name and password for your account and click on “Delete.”

Click the avatar icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard. This will bring up the main menu. Edit profile by clicking on it. Click Delete Profile at the bottom of the page. Click OK on the pop-up notification to confirm you wish to delete your account.

If you’ve met the requirements and wish to close your account, go to Settings > Contact Info > Select the Close My Account option. Confirm that you want to cancel by clicking the button.

Freelancing can be wonderful, but it’s not always safe. Because you’re paid per project or for a limited amount of time, freelancing will never be secure or dependable. There is no assurance that the next project or future employment will come your way.

To change portfolios and their categories, go to the Edit Portfolio page. Categories for portfolios. You can have up to four (4) distinct categories for your portfolio. Clicking the pencil or trash button next to a category will allow you to either keep it or remove it.

Log in to your Freelancer.com account. Go to My Projects by clicking the project’s title. do go to the main page of a project, click its name from the Payments tab. On the confirmation pop-up, choose “My needs have changed and I don’t need this work anymore” before clicking Submit.
