If you’re like most people, Facebook is a vital part of your social life. But if you want to delete your account on your iPhone, there are a few steps you need to take. First, open the Facebook app and sign in. Then, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen and select “Delete Account.” Once you’ve deleted your Facebook account on your iPhone, be sure to log out of the app and then back in so that your data is backed up.


Tap on “Deactivate” and enter your password. Tap on “Continue” and then read the information regarding what will happen to your account. Select “Close Account” and click on “Deactivate Now.” Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to access it.

Go to Settings, then Privacy and Account Ownership and Control, then Deactivation and Deletion. You must also delete the Facebook app from your iPhone and cancel all app permissions.

Scroll down to the Your Facebook Information section, then Account Ownership and Control. Choose Deactivation and Deletion from the drop-down menu, then Select Delete Account. Continue to Account Deletion by selecting Delete Account from the drop-down menu after that.

In the top right corner, click your profile photo. Click “Settings & Privacy” in the upper menu. Now click “Settings” on the left-hand side. Select “Deactivate and Delete” from the drop down menu. Choose either “Delete” or “Deactivate.” Confirm your decision by clicking here .

Swipe down to the bottom of your Facebook iOS app and select Settings & Privacy. Then, tap on Settings. Swipe down once again and choose Account Ownership and Control. Choose Deactivation or Deletion from the drop-down menu.

Choose “Deactivate or Delete” by clicking on the drop-down menu. Select “Permanently delete your account” and press “Continue.”
