If you’re like most people, Facebook is a vital part of your social life. But if you’re using the site on a Lite device, it’s important to be aware of some steps you need to take in order to delete your account. First and foremost, make sure that your Lite device is up-to-date with the latest security patches. If it isn’t, then you may be at risk of data theft or other online threats. Next, create a new Facebook account on Lite if you don’t have one already. This will help protect your account from being deleted and used by someone else. Last but not least, be sure to regularly check your Facebook page for updates and changes so that you can keep up with all the latest news and events. If there are any changes or updates that concern you, please let us know so we can take action to protect your account.
Select Deactivate on the next screen to cancel your account. To do so, scroll down and tap Settings. Scroll down to the Your Facebook Information section and Account Ownership and Control. Select Deactivation and Deletion, then choose Delete Account from the drop-down menu. Select Continue to Account Deletion from the pop-up window.
Account deletion is complete. Enter your password and press OK to confirm the deactivation. To reactivate, go back to What’s on my profile -> Go back to What’s on My Profile and choose to Reactivate from the drop-down menu.
Open the Facebook app on your Android device. Tap the three-lined icon (hamburger menu). select Settings & Privacy from the drop-down menu. select Settings from the drop-down menu. Select Account Ownership and Control from the left-hand menu. Deactivation and deletion are options for you to choose from if you want
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device. nap LEAVE THE PROGRAM. uninstall the test version of the Facebook Lite app from your phone. The standard edition of the Facebook Lite app may be downloaded from the Google Play Store.
Go to the Facebook login screen. Tap Remove account from the device to the right of [Your Name].
There are no more options because there are three (at least, not an easy option) that we listed in the first place.
