If you have an express entry account with the city of Chicago, there are a few steps you can take to delete it. First, open the account’s settings and click on the “delete account” link. Then enter your name and password and click on the “delete” button. If you have any questions or concerns about your express entry account, please contact customer service at (312) 773-6000.
To delete your profile: On the main page of your account, go to the section View the applications you submitted” and click on the orange “Withdraw profile” button. Under the heading “What would you like to do today?” below the Warning!” text, click on the orange “Continue” button.
You can’t remove an ineligible profile. Ignore it and start a new profile with the same GCKey or a different one.
Log in to your account. Select the “Revoke Your GCKey” option from the menu. To confirm that you wish to remove your GCKey, type your current password into the box.
Yes. You may only have one profile at a time. Using the Comprehensive Ranking System, your score and rank in the Express Entry pool will be used to determine an Invitation to Apply for permanent residence.
The identification cards are valid for two years after the date of test results. They must also be valid on the date you file your application for permanent residency.
