If you’re an Etsy user, it’s important to be aware of a few things. First and foremost, if you delete your account on the app, your shop will be closed and all of your products will be gone. If this is something that you’re concerned about, here are a few tips on how to delete your Etsy account on the app:

  1. Log in to your account and click on the “delete my account” link under “settings.”
  2. Enter in the information requested and click on the “delete” button.
  3. Your account will be deleted and all of your products will be gone.

Select Shop Manager from the drop-down menu. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu, then “Options.” From the “Closed Shop” tab, select “Close Shop,” then click it again to confirm your decision. At the top-right of your screen, click your account icon and then Account Settings. Choose “Close.

When you quit your Etsy account, you will be removed from the site but may rejoin with your account settings intact by signing in. When you cancel your Etsy account for good, it is deleted permanently.

You must request deletion of your Etsy shop while logged into the account you wish to cancel and delete in order to ensure security and verification. Once any pending issues, such as late payments, unfulfilled orders, or unresolved claims, are resolved, the permanent removal procedure will begin and may take anywhere from two weeks to two months.

You should be able to remove old ones by going to Your Account Settings Credit Cards and clicking the Delete button for each credit card you have stored. However, new cards may only be added at checkout.
