To remove the accounts, go to Accounting > Chart of Accounts > Select all check-boxes on the left to batch select all accounts > ‘Batch actions’ should be selected. On the drop-down menu, choose Delete.

Go to Settings and choose Chart of accounts. Search for the account you wish to remove. Select Make Inactive from the dropdown menu.
