If you’re an Amazon.com customer, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the deletion process. It’s a way for customers to stop buying products and services from the company, or to get their money back if they cancel their account within 30 days of signing up. The process is simple: first, log into your account and click on the “delete my account” link. Then, enter your name and email address and click on the “submit” button. You’ll need to provide your credit card information too, so be sure to enter it all correctly. Once you’ve submitted your information, Amazon will send you an email telling you that your account has been deleted and that you won’t be able to access it anymore. If everything goes according to plan, you’ll see a message in your inbox telling you that your money has been refunded and that all products and services have been removed from your account. If not, please check back soon as we’re working on getting everything squared away!

Once your account is terminated, it can no longer be accessed by you or anyone else, and it cannot be restored. You’ll need to create a new account if you decide later that you’d want to order from us again, or if you’d like to use website features that require an account.
