If you’re a small business owner with an AdSense account, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of theDeleteAds feature. This handy little tool lets you quickly and easily remove your ads from your website. To use the DeleteAds feature, first open your AdSense account settings and click on the “Delete Ads” link under “Settings.” Then enter in the details of your ad campaign (e.g., name, description, etc.) and click on the “Delete” button. You’ll be asked to confirm deletion before deleting your ads. Once deleted, your ads will no longer appear on your website.

You must first log into the existing AdSense account that you wish to delete, not the one that was rejected as a duplicate. You’ll need to log out of Google and AdSense, then sign back in with your actual email address. It’s not the account shown in your screenshot that has to be deleted.
Your Google Account does not terminate your AdSense account when you remove it. However, you will be unable to access your AdSense account using the invalid account, and you will be banned from it.
