There are a few things you can do to help lose weight on Myfitnesspal. The first is to make sure that you’re following the recommended eating and exercise habits. Second, make sure that you’re using the right tools to track your progress. Finally, be patient and keep working at it.


Log in using your Facebook account and go to “My Home” then “Check-in,” then “Edit Previous Entries.” You can remove weight values or add new ones for any date on this page.

Open the MFP app and go to More (bottom right corner). Select Goals after that. The first section of Goals is devoted to Weight. Start Weight should be swiped in order to establish your present weight. After that, click the checkmark to save your new weight.

There is currently no way to reset the program’s data. We’ll have to consider whether or not this feature will come in a later update. Resetting your start date, weight, and goals are our suggested alternatives.
