If you’re a WeChat user on your iPhone, there’s a good chance you’ve heard of the app’s deletion feature. This is a handy way to get rid of the app if you don’t want it on your phone, or if you want to stop people from using it without your permission. To delete WeChat from your iPhone, open the App Store and search for “WeChat.” Once you find it, tap on the “Delete” button. You’ll be asked to confirm this deletion before deleting the app.
You can request WeChat account cancellation by going to Me > Settings > Account Security > WeChat Security Center > Account Cancellation after signing in to WeChat.
After your password is established or modified, you may only erase your account for a period of 24 hours. You will not be able to delete your account for the following 24 hours if your account password has been entered three or more times in one day.
After you’ve deleted your WeChat account, you won’t be able to log back in. All of your profile information, including chat history, profile picture, and so on will be permanently erased.

Any prior chat history will be lost, regardless of whether it worked or not.
