If you want to delete something from Dropbox, you can do so by going to the Dropbox website and clicking on the three lines in the top left corner of the main screen. Then, select “Delete.”
You might not be able to remove as many files as you want at once since Dropbox restricts how many files you can delete at once. You won’t be able to entirely delete anything from a shared folder unless it’s stuff you’ve created and immediately removed. To make room, permanent file removal is required.
