If you’re a Slack user, there’s a good chance you’ve been using the app on your iPhone for some time now. But if you want to stop using Slack and delete it from your phone, here’s how:
- Open up the Settings app and scroll down to the bottom of the screen.
- Tap on the “Privacy” tab and then select “Delete all data.”
- Type in your Slack username and password into the fields below and hit “Delete.”
How do I delete a Slack Workspace?
From your desktop, select your profile image in the upper right corner. from the menu, choose Profile. nSelect Account settings from the More drop-down menu. nScroll down to Deactivate account and then click Deactivate your account. Enter your password and Confirm Password one by one, then click Yes to deactivate my account.
Select a conversation or message from the drop-down menu. Select Delete conversation or Delete message from the drop-down menus, then click Delete Message. Select Delete to confirm after selecting a conversation or message from the drop-down menu.
If you aren’t already signed in, go to your workspace’s Settings page and click the name of the workspace you want to leave. Sign in using your email and password. If Slack opens to the wrong workspace, tap the squares icon on the top-right corner of the screen, then sign in to the workspace you wish to quit.
What Happens When You Delete A Slack Account? They’ll be logged out of Slack and unable to sign back in. They will no longer have access to private channels after being banned from all channels. Their applications and connections will be shut down.
Because the Slack app does not allow you to terminate an account, you’ll need to use your Android’s web browser. Messages and files you’ve posted will not be deleted after you deactivate your account. You will have to do it manually instead.
