Twitter is a great platform for communication and collaboration, but it can also be used to create two separate Twitter accounts. This process is called “deleting one account from two connected Twitter accounts.” To delete one account from two connected Twitter accounts, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Twitter account on both devices.
  2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click on the three lines that say “Accounts.”
  3. On the right-hand side of the screen, click on the name of the account you want to delete.
  4. Click on the “Delete” button.

Click Change next to Close account under the Account management section of the Account preferences area. Select a reason for closing your account and click Next.

Open the Settings app on your phone. Accounts may be found under Users & accounts if you don’t see “Accounts.” Tap Accounts for further instructions. Select the account you wish to delete. Delete the account. For privacy, you’ll need to enter your phone’s pattern, PIN, or password if it’s the only Google Account on the device

If you discover that someone is harassing you on Twitter, write to customer service and ask them to close the account for you. They’ll want to know if you’re the actual owner of the account before they can delete it for you.
