If you’ve been using Gmail for a while, you may have a lot of old emails that you no longer need. If you want to delete them all at once, there are a few different ways to do it. The easiest way is to use the “Bulk Email Delete” feature in Gmail. Just go to your email inbox, select all the emails that you want to delete, and click on the “Delete” button next to the “Bulk Email Delete” button. Gmail will ask you which emails should be deleted and which should be archived. You can choose to delete all of the emails or just some of them. If you want to keep some of the old emails, just click on the “Archive” button next to the “Delete” button. If you don’t want to use the Bulk Email Delete feature, there are also other ways to delete old emails from your Gmail account. You can use the “Deleted Items” section of your email inbox or Google Drive. Just go into your Google Drive account and find your email folder (usually it is called something like “Gmail - Deleted Items”). Then select all of the old emails and click on the “Delete” button next to the trashcan icon. ..


Choose Gmail’s Delete All Messages option. To get started, log in to your Gmail account as you normally would. Select all of the messages. Next, under the search bar, check a little box to select all displayed emails. nSelect all Conversations?

Before: After: Use the advanced search operators before and after to narrow down your date range. Click the “select all” checkbox. Click the link for “Select all conversations that match this search. All talks are now selected. Delete must be clicked.

You may search for emails that are no more than a year old. If you put older than 1 year, you’ll get emails that are over a year old. You may also use m or d to separate the years and days. To remove them all, check the Check all box, then choose “Select all conversations that match this search,” followed.

Delete All Your Gmail Emails Inbox. Go to your Gmail account and select the blank square in the example below.

Select More from the left side of the Gmail page. After that, select All Mail from the list. On the left side of the Gmail page, checkmark the checkbox next to Compose.
