If you have multiple accounts in QuickBooks, it can be difficult to delete them all at once. To delete multiple accounts in QuickBooks, follow these steps:

  1. Open QuickBooks and click on the Accounts tab.
  2. Scroll down and click on the account you want to delete.
  3. Click on the Delete button.
  4. In the confirmation message, confirm that you want to delete the account.
  5. Close QuickBooks and then reopen it to finish deleting the accounts.

Have the customer log in with their account information. On the left side of the screen, click Data & Privacy. Continue is selected on the Delete line. At the bottom of the page, select Make a delete request.

Switch to the single-user mode by going to the File menu, selecting Switch to Single-User Mode, and then clicking Yes.Go to the Accountant menu and pick Batch Delete/Void Transactions.
