- Click on the first message in the list and then click on the Delete button.
- Type out a message that explains why you want to delete the email and then click on the Delete button.
- Hotmail will ask if you want to keep the email or delete it permanently. Click on Delete permanently to confirm your decision.
Open Outlook. Select Large mail from the drop-down menu under Organizing Mail under Small mail. In the ‘Show mail larger than’ box, type 6000 KB (for example). Click OK twice more to confirm and a folder called ‘Larger Than 6000 KB’ is created in your Search Folders list.
Select the email you want to delete by checking the box. You may clean up several emails at once using this feature. On the top, select Schedule cleanup and choose Frequency. When you click the Schedule cleanup option, a window similar to the one in Figure 1 will appear.
Use the Zoom control in the lower right corner of the Outlook window. If you’re using a mouse with a wheel, click the Reading Pane, then Ctrl and roll the scroll wheel. Rolling the wheel away from you makes things bigger; rolling it toward you makes things smaller.
