If you’re a Gmail user, there’s a good chance you’ve received an email notification about a new message in your inbox. But if you don’t want to see that message again, there are a few steps you can take to delete it. To delete an email, open the email and click on the “delete” button at the top left corner. You’ll be asked to confirm deletion before deleting the email. If you don’t want to delete the email, click on “no” and continue using your Gmail account.

To remove all of the emails on Gmail that you’ve chosen, click the Trash button. All of the messages that met your search criteria are checked as soon as you select the Bulk Select checkbox. To delete them, right-click or Control-click above the selected communications and choose Delete from the menu that appears.

In the Search box, the attachment size has increased to 10M. Click Search. Note: To delete bigger files, replace “10” with a greater number.

Finally, log in to your Gmail account and select all of your emails. Select All Of Your Emails In Gmail.

Go to Gmail on your computer. Open an email from the person or organization you’d like to unsubscribe from. Unsubscribe or Modify Preferences may be found by clicking next to the sender’s name. If you don’t see them, repeat the sections above to block the sender or mark the message as spam.

The Shift key should be held down instead of clicking a nifty button. To delete an email, first, click the initial email, then continue to hold down Shift and select the final email.
