If you’re like most people, you probably use MyFitnessPal to track your fitness progress and food intake. But if you want to delete food from your account, there are a few steps you need to take. First, open MyFitnessPal and sign in. Then, click on the three lines in the top left corner of the screen and select “Delete Food.” You’ll be asked to confirm this deletion by clicking on the “Yes” button. Once you’ve deleted all of your food from MyFitnessPal, your account will be clean and you can start tracking your fitness progress again!

You can delete a diary entry by tapping it and then tapping the trash icon. For Android devices, you can hold your finger on an entry for a few seconds to reveal “Delete Entry” in a pop-up window, or swipe from right to left across an item.

In order to delete weight entries or add new ones, login to your account on the app and click “Check-in” then “Edit Previous Entries.” To delete an entry, just tap it.

To remove a food or exercise from your log, there are two steps. First tap the Log tab to open it up. Next swipe left over a plate from food and/or right over an exercise you want to delete. A small Delete button should appear on the right-hand side of each section you have swiped over, so tap that for confirmation before exiting out of the screen.
