- Use the “Delete Emails” button in the top left corner of the Outlook window. This will take you to a dialog box where you can choose how to delete the emails. You can either delete them all at once, or individually by selecting one and pressing “Delete.”
- If you only use Outlook for work email, consider using an alias for your work email address so that when people try to access your work email through their personal computer, they’ll see the alias instead of your real name. This will make it easier for them to find and manage your work emails without having to search through all of your emails!
- If you use iCloud for managing your email, consider using iCloud Drive instead of Outlook’s built-in storage space for storing your emails. This will help keep track of all of your emails in one place and make it easier to manage them when you need to move them around or when new versions of Outlook come out.
