If you’re feeling like your Outlook account is just taking up too much space on your computer, it might be time to delete it. Here’s how:

To delete your Outlook email account, you will need to log into your Outlook account and then select “delete.” You may need to provide a reason for deleting the account.
If you delete your Outlook account, all of your emails and contacts will be deleted. You’ll also lose access to any information that’s saved in the cloud, like your OneDrive files, Office 365 documents, and Skype messages.
Removing an Outlook account does not delete it. It only removes the account from Outlook so that it will no longer be synced with your device.
In order to delete your outlook account, you will need to go into the settings and find the “delete account” option.
If you have an account that you no longer want to use in the Outlook app, then you can delete it. To delete an account from the Outlook app go to Settings, Accounts and select the account that you wish to delete. After selecting the account, click on Delete Account and confirm your selection by clicking Yes.
In order to permanently delete your email account, you’ll need to contact the email service provider and request deletion.

To delete an email account from the iPhone, go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Scroll down to the bottom and select “Delete Account”
