If you have an email address that you no longer want to use, there are a few ways to delete it from Google. You can either remove the email address from your Google account, or delete the email address from your computer. If you remove the email address from your Google account, the email will be gone forever and won’t be able to be used again. If you delete the email address from your computer, the email will still be there but it will no longer work.
Log into your Gmail account and go to the “Settings” tab. Click on “Accounts” in the left-hand menu, then select the email address you want to delete from the list of email addresses listed. Click “Remove Account.” Click “Yes, remove this account.
To deactivate an old email address, go to your account settings and select “Delete my Account.” You will be prompted to enter your password and confirm the deletion.
