If you’re a office worker and have an account with the company, it’s important to know how to delete an account. Here are some tips:
- Log in to your account and click on the “Accounts” tab.
- Scroll down and click on the “Deactivate Account” button.
- Type in your password and click on the “Activate Account” button.
- Click on the “Delete Account” button to finish deletion process.
Go to the Office 365 admin center. nSelect User management in the Admin center. Select Delete user from under the user’s name, and then choose the delete icon. After that, choose options for this user and finally Delete user.
To remove an email account, go to the File menu and select Info. Select Account Settings from the drop-down menu. Choose your preferred email account. Remove it by selecting Remove. Confirm that you want to erase it by selecting Yes.
Select File from the upper left corner of the main Outlook window. Select Account Settings Account Settings in the menu bar at the top of the screen. Select your preferred account and then Remove it after that. You’ll get a warning notice that all offline cached material for this account will be erased.
On Google’s website, login into your Gmail account. Select the grid icon in the upper right-hand corner and pick “Account.” Under “Account preferences,” click “Delete your account or services.” Select “Delete products” from the drop-down menu.
To remove an account on your iPhone, go to Settings. Select “Accounts.” Select Email & Accounts.” Choose the account you wish to delete. Click the Manage button.
