If you’re looking to delete your Exchange account, there are a few different ways to go about it. The first option is to visit the Exchange website and sign in. From here, you can select the “accounts” tab and select the “delete my account” button. If you’re using an email client like Outlook or Gmail, you can also delete your account by following these steps:

  1. Open your email client and sign in.
  2. Click on the gear icon (top right corner of the screen) and select “settings.”
  3. Under " Accounts & Email," click on the “accounts” tab.
  4. Under “your account,” click on the “delete my account” button.

To remove an account on a Windows computer, go to Start > Settings icon. Accounts option. Email and app accounts are also available from here. Manage is the alternative to Remove Account . Delete your account? Select Yes or No at the prompt to confirm.

Tap Delete Account from the Accounts page. Click Remove Account from the drop-down menu. A Delete Account warning window will appear. To end the process, click Delete Account on the Delete Account warning window.

In Outlook, click File, then Options. Select the Advanced tab and make sure that “Save your e-mail address book. to a file” is selected. Click Cancel to close Outlook if you’re finished with it.
