At the top of each page, click on the waste bin symbol. If you hover your cursor over the symbol, it will show Delete. Select all items in the label by clicking Delete. I’m sure you were able to remove everything from your Gmail folder Label.

On any Folder button, open the Folder menu. Click the ‘more’ button (it looks like three dots stacked on top of each other) to discover the folder you want to remove. Select Delete from the menu when prompted. When the conversation box appears, click OK.

To delete all emails on Gmail, go to the “Select All” box and then All conversations.” For bulk deletion, use your search bar to find all read communications, unread communications, or emails from specific senders. If you make a mistake and accidentally delete an email, it will be recoverable in the Trash 30 days later.

Select all of the emails on the screen, as seen in Figure. Click the Select All checkbox in the top right corner of the screen. You’ve selected all of the emails on the page. To select all of your conversations in a folder, go to Select all conversations in Folder. To move the selected emails into the Trash Folder, click the trash can symbol.

You may label your emails in Gmail to keep them organized. To categorize email in Gmail, use labels. Labels are similar to folders but have a twist: you may apply many labels to an email and search for it later by clicking any of the labels on the left pane. You can also search using the label.
