There are a few ways to delete an email address. One way is to use the Delete Email button in the email client. Another way is to use the command prompt. To delete an email address using the command prompt, type: netstat -a | grep “^.@” | cut -d’ ’ -f1 This will show you all of the emails in your inbox and will also list any addresses that have been deleted. To delete an email address using netstat, type: netstat -a | grep “^.@” | cut -d’ ’ -f1


Click inside the undesirable address area, press CTRL-a to select the whole address, and then DELETE.

To delete your Gmail address, go to Google and log in using the account you want to delete. Locate the Gmail service and click the trash bin adjacent to it. Confirm and follow the instructions to remove the account. If you wish to restore your account later, you have the option of suspending it instead of deleting it permanently.

You can also change your Google account name. Changing your Google account name will also update your Gmail email address automatically. Note that you may modify your Google Account name from the Android and iPhone Gmail app as well.

On the search bar at the top, enter the contact’s name or email address for deletion. Click the contact’s name or email address in the upper right corner. Select Delete from the drop-down menu. To finalize your action, click Delete.

Select File from the upper left corner of the Outlook window. Select Account Settings > Account Settings from the drop-down menu. Select Remove from the drop-down menu after selecting your account.
