If you’re like most people, you probably use email to communicate with friends and family. But if you’re a business owner or administrator, you may also be using email to manage your company’s communication. One way to keep your email account active and up-to-date is to delete it. Deleting an email account means that your messages will no longer be stored on the server and can’t be accessed by anyone. To delete an email account on your phone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap on the Accounts tab.
  2. Scroll down and select the email account that you want to delete.
  3. Tap on the Delete button and confirm your deletion by tapping on OK twice.
