If you’re ever feeling overwhelmed with your email inbox and want to get rid of an account, Outlook makes it easy. Here’s how:
- Open Outlook and click the “File” tab on the top menu bar.
- Click “Accounts.”
- Select the email account you want to delete from the list of accounts displayed.
- Click “Delete Account.” ..
To remove an email account from your Outlook app, tap on the three lines in the upper left corner of the app and select “Account Settings.” From there, you will see a list of your current email accounts. To delete one, tap on it and then press “Delete.
To delete an email account from Outlook on your iPhone, go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Add Account -> Other. Select “Outlook” and enter the email address and password for the account you want to delete. Tap Next and then tap Delete Account.
It is possible to remove an email account from Outlook. To do so, go to the “Accounts” tab and click on the account you want to delete. From there, select “Remove Account.
To delete an email account from the app, follow these steps:Open the Settings app on your device and tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.Tap Add Account and select the email account you want to delete.Tap Delete Account and confirm that you want to delete it by tapping Delete Account again.
To remove an Outlook account from Outlook, simply go to the File tab on the top left hand side of the screen and select Account Settings. From there, you’ll be able to click on the account that you want to remove and then click Remove Account.

Click on the account you want to delete, then click Delete Account.To delete an account from Outlook app Mac, go to the menu bar and click on File. From there select Account Settings. Next, select the account you want to delete, then click Delete Account.
When you click the button, you’ll be prompted to enter your password to confirm that you want to delete your account. After that, you’ll have the option of deleting just your email address or deleting your entire Google Account. If you choose to delete just your email address, all other parts of your Google Account will remain intact.
To delete your Outlook profile, you’ll need to go to the Control Panel and find the Mail app. From there, select “Delete account” and choose which account you want to delete. You can also delete your account from within Outlook by going to File > Account Settings > Manage Accounts.
