If you’re a LinkedIn user, it’s important to delete all of your activity so that you don’t leave any incriminating evidence behind. Here are some tips on how to do this:

  1. Log out of your LinkedIn account and then delete all of your profiles and posts. This will erase all of your activity on the site.
  2. Delete anyLinkedIn groups that you’re a part of. This will also erase all of your posts and profiles in those groups.
  3. Delete anyLinkedIn messages that you’ve sent or received. This will also erase all of your activity on the site.
  4. Delete anyLinkedIn photos and videos that you’ve uploaded. This will also erase all of your activity on the site.

To quickly manage your inbox, you may bulk delete, archive, and mark messages as read or unread. To view a bigger image, click the Messaging icon at the top of your LinkedIn homepage.

Export all of your connections to a CSV file (if you need to remove the list, do it here) and then copy and paste all of the recommendations you have written/received.

Delete a Guide in the app: Tap Edit, then Delete experience next to the position you wish to remove.

You can also hide your activity feed from certain individuals by clicking “Select Who Can See Your Activity Feed” under “Privacy Controls” on your profile settings page. With the drop-down list, you have the options of “All,” “Connections,” “Your Network,” and “Only You.” To apply your chosen option, click “Save Changes

Select the Notifications option from the top of your LinkedIn homepage. Select Delete, Mute, Unfollow, or Turn off from the dropdown menu to remove a specific notification.
